1. How do I set up an appointment with a Mister Sparky electrician?

To set up an appointment, you may call the Mister Sparky closest to you or simply fill out the contact form on our Contact page.

2. Do you charge by the hour?

No. We believe in straightforward pricing, meaning we will not begin any work until we’ve given you a cost estimate based on our diagnosis of the problem.

3. Will my service come with a warranty?

Absolutely. All of our services come with a 1 to 5 year warranty, which includes parts and labor unless otherwise specified. If your repair or installation fails from normal use during your warranty time, you can count on Mister Sparky to send an electrician to fix the problem free of charge.

4. What are your hours of operation?

Mister Sparky is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we can be flexible to work around your schedule.

5. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

At Mister Sparky, we understand that issues may come up which will cause you to have to cancel an appointment. Unlike most electrical companies, we won’t penalize you by charging you for failing to notify us 24 or 48 hours in advance. Simply call us to cancel or reschedule and we will be happy to accomodate you!

6. How much does it cost to diagnose an electrical problem?

The cost of a diagnosis varies based on the type of diagnosis, time of appointment and location, but if you call your nearest Mister Sparky, one of our friendly representatives would be happy to give you a quote.
